We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

- Contribute to the development of the corporate sales strategy for the
- Assist with the development of presentations for securing new corporate clients.
- Facilitate the initial launch of the relationship into the business for new corporate clients.
- Administer the set-up for new corporate clients and recruit new potential leads to business system.
- Work in collaboration with the Area Business Manager, Club manager and Marketing team to manage the communication into each new corporate clients using the most appropriate medium.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to identify new opportunities for corporate sales growth.
- Proactively source key contacts from top tier corporates within the catchment area of each club.
- Identify and be involved in the continual development and management of the corporate sales strategy, processes and procedures to ensure the approach is innovative, up to date and effective.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in fitness and programming.
- Build up the wellness programs for our partners.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a corporate sales/account management role, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate fitness sales and contributing strategies to meet growth and profitability objectives.
- Excellent communication (in-person).
- Ability to work to KPI’s and achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to focus on execution and maximize growth opportunities.
- Ability to manage budgets and achieve associated performance targets.
- Influencing capability to lead and manage change.
- Understanding of health and fitness industry.
- Knowledge of local area surrounding club/s desirable.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – intermediate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive and a sense of urgency.
