หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
– รับผิดชอบดูแลและปฏิบัติงานด้านการให้บริการ รวมไปถึงการช่วยเหลือ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการในสาขา ทั้งในพื้นที่แผนกลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ ในห้องพรีเมียร์เลาจน์ และในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
– ดำเนินการให้บริการทางด้านการเงิน บริการรับ-ส่งเงินด่วน ไปต่างประเทศให้แก่ลูกค้าที่มาติดต่อขอรับบริการให้ได้รับความรวดเร็วตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด VAT Refund / จุดรับชำระ PAYPOINT / บริการรับฝากของ / บริการยืมรถเข็นเด็ก / การออกใบกำกับภาษี เป็นต้น
– อำนวยความสะดวกและให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารโปรโมชั่นหรือสิทธิการใช้บริการแก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
– ดูแลการเบิกและการคืนของบัตรของขวัญให้ถูกต้องรัดกุม และป้องกันมิให้เกิดการทุจริต
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม :
– สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา (ยินดีต้อนรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์)
– สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
– สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และ MS Office ได้ดี
– มีบุคลิกที่ดีและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
– มีความรับผิดชอบและอดทน
– สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ (09.30-19.00 น. และ 13.00-22.00 น.
**หยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
**มีวันหยุดพิเศษเพิ่มให้ 2 วัน (เท่ากับใน 1 เดือน จะหยุดทั้งหมด 6 วัน)
สวัสดิการ :
– ฐานเงินเดือน 16-19K (ตามประสบการณ์)
– ค่าภาษา 80 บาท/วันทำงาน (กรณีมีผลสอบ TOEIC 500 คะแนนขึ้นไป)
– ค่าครองชีพ 80 บาท/วันทำงาน
– สวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาล 38,00 บาท/ปี, ค่าทันตกรรม 2,00 บาท/ปี
– เงินฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์
– สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ (ตามความสมัครใจ)
– ส่วนลดพนักงาน 5% เมื่อซื้อสินค้าในเครือเซ็นทรัล, สิทธิ์พนักงานซื้อสินค้าเคลียร์แร้นท์เซล ลดสูงสุด 90%
