- ดำเนินการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ในการสรรหาพนักงาน
- ดำเนินการสรรหา และสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัคร ก่อนนำส่งให้ต้นสังกัดพิจารณา
- วิเคราะห์สรุปผลการปฎิบัติงานของส่วนงาน
- พัฒนาปรับปรุงช่องทางการสรรหา
- วิเคราะห์กำลังคน และรายงานผลการสรรหาต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- วางแผนกำกับการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

- มีประสบการ์ใช่้โปรแกรมเงินเดือน AccPayRoll จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
