บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- สำรวจ จัดทำงบประมาณ ออกแบบ กำหนดขอบเขตงาน พร้อมประเมินวัสดุและราคางานก่อสร้าง
- จัดเตรียมแบบก่อสร้างข้อกำหนด(Specification)รวมถึงบัญชีประมาณปริมาณราคาและวัสดุ(Bill of Quantities)
- ตรวจสอบและพิจารณาเอกสารการเสนอราคา
- ควบคุมการก่อสร้าง และสรุปความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้าง
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธาหรือวิศวกรรมสำรวจ
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมทางด้านออกแบบ, เขียนแบบได้
- ได้รับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (ก.ว.)
- สามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (พูด อ่านและเขียน) มีผลคะแนน TOEIC ไม่ต่ำกว่า 600 หรือเทียบเท่า
- ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี
