We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกกลยุทธ์และพัฒนาองค์กร. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

1) การจัดทำ Competency Dictionary
1.1) จัดทำ ทบทวน Functional Competency ของ MBK GROUP โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารต้นสังกัด ทำ Workshop วิเคราะห์ จัดทำ Functional Competency Dictionary นำเสนอผู้บริหารพิจารณาอนุมัติ รวมถึงให้ความรู้เรื่อง Competency แก่ผู้บริหารต้นสังกัด เพื่อให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญและเพื่อให้ต้นสังกัดให้ข้อมูลถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
1.2) ทบทวน Managerial Competency Dictionary ของ MBK GROUP โดยการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบข้อมูล Managerial Competency กับองค์กรภายนอกและ PMAT/ Kincentric สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารระดับสูงที่ทิศทางและแนวโน้มความสามารถด้านการบริหารที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้บริหาร MBK GROUP วิเคราะห์ Managerial Competency ที่เหมาะสมกับ MBK จัดทำและนำเสนอ Managerial Competency Dictionary ต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง แล้วจึงทำการสื่อสาร Managerial Competency ต่อผู้บริหาร MBK GROUP
1.3) ควบคุมดูแลการนำ Competency ไปใช้ในการบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล MBK GROUP ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
2) การจัดทำ HR Plan โดย ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ Trends การบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล แผนกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจสนับสนุน แผนกลยุทธ์องค์กรในแต่ละธุรกิจ ประสานงานฝ่ายบบค.เพื่อนัดประชุมจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์ทรัพยากรบุคคล ประชุม Workshop จัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์ทรัพยากรบุคคล สรุปการจัดทำ Workshop นำเสนอแผนกลยุทธ์ทรัพยากรบุคคลต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง
3) ร่วมกับผู้จัดการแผนกกลยุทธ์และพัฒนาองค์กรในการสรรหาและพัฒนา Successor ของผู้บริหารระดับ 15 – 16 ในการจัดทำ Success Profile ในแต่ละตำแหน่ง สรรหาและคัดเลือก Successor ร่วมกับต้นสังกัดพร้อมนำเสนอ ปจบ. และเตรียมทำแผนพัฒนา Individual Career Development Plan พร้อมประสานงานและติดตาม Successor ให้เข้ารับการพัฒนาตามแผน เพื่อให้ Successor พร้อมขึ้นดำรงตำแหน่งเป้าหมาย และองค์กรสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างราบรื่น
คุณสมบัติ
1.ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
3.ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร OD , พัฒนาบุคลากร HRD
